Our P-6 school has been a vibrant learning centre since its opening in 1961. Students come to Cobequid District School from Maitland, Selma, Noel Shore, East Noel, Noel, Burntcoat, Minasville, Moosebrook, Tennecape, East Walton , Walton, Gormanville, Northfield and North Noel Road.
Our school offers well appointed classrooms , a large selection of books in our school library, an up to date technology department, a well maintained playground and a well outfitted gymnasium. The staff at CDS are dedicated to promoting positive behaviors from each and every student and stressing the importance of being a well rounded school community member.
